Basically, you have to crouch walk. before the perk, in order to actually stay silent, you have to crouch and i believe it is shift, to sneak. It makes you crawl at a turtle pace. That is why sometimes as a sneak melee, the baddy will hear you when you get close.12 Aug 2019
